One of Our Greatest Responsibilities As a
Parent is to Teach our Children About Money
You see to Teach Children
About Money is far more important than teaching children how to
make money.
From the Desk of Rob Willis.
Good Friend,
There is an old proverb, "Give a man a fish and your will
feed him for a day. However, teach a man to fish and you will
feed him for a lifetime."
I believe this is the same with children. You see if you
teach a child to make money, sure they will be able to earn
money, but they will simply turn around and spend it. However,
if you teach your children about money and how to save and
spend it wisely, you will find that they will start amassing a
healthy bank account, no matter how much money they earn.
Here at Teaching Children Money, it is our intention to
share with you may tips and ideas about the ways you can help
your child get a better appreciation for money, and in turn
learn some valuable lessons in regards to saving money and how
to make wise spending decisions.
In our regular Money Tips for Children newsletter there are
plenty of tips & ideas that you can use to help teach
your children about money.
I have also written a book "What They Don't Get Taught At
